Insights gained from meditation, yoga, breathwork, dance, time in nature, plant medicine work and other healing modalities can be profound. Together, we will explore these experiences so that they have lasting impact.
Preparation and intention setting create a steady ground to meet what emerges. Integration is the slower, often quieter work of weaving those insights into your life.
Whether you’re preparing and setting intentions, integrating new insights, or deepening self-awareness, this compassionate approach empowers you to fully embrace these experiences for meaningful personal growth and lasting change.
Over time, you may notice the impact of this work in how you show up for yourself, and how you engage with family, friends, and community. Shifts often appear in leadership, creativity, and sense of purpose — a deeper resilience that lets you meet what comes with greater ease. Often, the most meaningful changes are subtle at first - a greater capacity to be present, and a deeper alignment between your values and the way you move through the world.
My approach draws from contemplative practice, somatic awareness, and depth-oriented inquiry. I have several years of experience in coaching and facilitation, and ongoing study in harm reduction, integration, well being, and trauma-informed approaches. I continue to deepen this work through mentorship, supervision, collaborative learning, and continuing education.
I offer a multidimensional approach to hold space for the deeper terrain that often accompanies meaningful change. This work is grounded in specialized training with the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), Cornell University’s School of Human Ecology, Gather Well (Groundwork and Apprenticeship), Zendo Project, Flow State (now Lumeria), Kiyumi and California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS).
